For the purpose of the referral program, a successful referral occurs when a client sign’s a contract for services with Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD.

For each successful referral, you will receive a percentage of gross revenue earned by us from the referral. The percentage amount will be at the sole discretion of Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD.

When you register with us we give you a username and password to access our referal system for submitting new case and client information. All referals you make, their status and value are always present to you showing exactly the commision which will be provided to you upon the case’s completion.

Members may not refer themselves in the aim of receiving referral credit. Any member found to be referring themselves will be removed from the program and no referral credit will be paid.

MIS will not disclose the personal details of its employees, or CLIENT’s except as they expressly permit, or to meet legislative or compliance standards set by regulatory authorities or other persons empowered under the law.

Employees may have access at any reasonable time to any records pertaining to their personal details kept by MIS at any reasonable time.

Employees should not disclose information about MIS, CLIENT’s or MIS associates to any unauthorised individual.

Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD reserves the right to void any referred credits or transfers in the event Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD decides that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions or the Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD User Agreement.

Account termination
In the event of your Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD account being terminated, either by you or Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD, the balance of your referral credit will be reset to zero.

By participating in the Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD Referral Program you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD User Agreement.

Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD will not pay ongoing commissions from a referred client if the client contacts us directly. If the client is referred to Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD subsequently by the original referrer, through the referral system, referral credits will be paid.

By referring someone to Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD you agree that the referred customer is now a customer of Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD in the context of the referral.

By Participating in the referral does not make you a representative of Modern Investigative Solutions PTY LTD and nor should you act in anyway that would give this impression.
